I'm a data scientist and machine learning engineer at [surprise...]. I'm also founding semiotech in stealth. I like esoteric text corpora, large networks, computational literary studies, and computational history of consciousness.
Previously, I was a quant analyst in the fixed income space. I helped trade some ABS and consumer credit, and researched systematic macro futures and portfolio allocation. I worked with so much esoteric data and API that I now know the music industry almost as well as I do a decades-old fintech SaaS API only available to Python through a dll wrapper. I also worked on recsys and RAG.
